Tamar Raz
Tamar Raz has served as the CEO at O.R.T. Technologies Ltd. since January 1, 2018. Until this date, she served as ORT's Vice President for Business Development since 2016.
Prior to that, Ms. Raz served at Orpak for seven years in several roles, including customer project management and COO at Orpak USA.
Ms. Raz earned a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA.) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya. She also earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University.
Lior Ben Simon
Lior Ben Simon has served as the CFO of O.R.T. Technologies Ltd. since 2016. During 2018 he also served as the CFO of the parent company Inter-Gamma Investment and as the executive officer of its subsidiaries.
Mr. Ben Simon was the Director of Finance at Orpak and the CFO at Transway until 2017.
Mr. Ben Simon earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
Yael Levy
Yael Levy has served as the Financial Controller of O.R.T. Technologies Ltd. since 2018.
Until this date, she served as the Assistant Controller at ORT and Orpak since 2016.
Ms. Levy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Management as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tanhum Oren
Mr. Oren holds a Master of Science degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Ron Oren
Mr. Oren earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzeliya. He also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Orit Stav
Ms. Stav holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.
Meir Nissenshon
Mr. Nissenshon holds a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Our History
The company was founded as part of a horizontal split agreement with Rapac Communications and Infrastructures Ltd. (formerly Rapac Electronics Ltd.).
The company's shares were listed for trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: ORTC). Inter-Gamma Investment Company Ltd. (TASE:INTR), one of Israel's 40 leading holding corporations, becomes the controlling shareholder of O.R.T. Technologies with ~55% ownership of the stock.
The company's name was changed from Rapac Technologies to O.R.T. Technologies.
ORT sold all of its holdings (68%) in Orpak Systems to Gilbarco/Fortive at an enterprise value of ~225 million USD. The company's main office was moved to Herzliya Pituach.
* ORT invested in Felco, Feldman ice cream.
* ORT invested in Velox, direct-to-shape digital printing.
* Intergama distributed to its shareholders dividends in kind, and thus ceased to be the controlling shareholder of ORT. Mr. Tanhum Oren remained the controlling shareholder of ORT, through wholly-owned companies, with a holding of 55.83%.
